Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
This is a gentle, holistic and intuitive healing method where the therapist uses light touch and intuition to tune into the body’s natural rhythms, supporting its inherent ability to heal.
This approach addresses a range of conditions by alleviating pain, releasing stored trauma, limiting belief systems, and promoting the release of emotional and physical stress. It enhances vitality, supports nervous system regulation, and encourages balance within the organs and musculoskeletal system. The presence and touch foster a deep sense of connection and safety, facilitating genuine transformation and healing within the body.
Many seek CST for chronic pain, headaches, stress, and trauma recovery. Its non-invasive nature makes it a popular preventive therapy, improving resilience to illness and stress, and offering a natural, supportive approach to health. However, CST should not be seen as a substitute for medical care or a treatment for specific health conditions. The BCST practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any illness, disease, or physical or mental disorder. Any information shared during the session should not be interpreted as medical treatment or advice.
What can I expect in a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy session?
A typical session begins with a brief conversation about your current state of mind and body, medical history, and your intentions for the session. Once you are ready to transition into the treatment, you will remain fully clothed and settle comfortably on a massage table. Your comfort and safety are central to the process, and open communication is encouraged throughout to ensure your needs are met and the therapeutic space is properly established.
The session involves light touch, with presence and awareness guiding your system to make internal adjustments. The number and placement of holds vary based on what unfolds during the session. Typically, a session lasts around one hour, with 40-50 minutes spent on the table.
